Knowing the very first symptoms of pregnancy is helpful if you ever find yourself thinking you might be pregnant. Many women, even those who have been trying to get pregnant, will sometimes not recognize these symptoms, and will discover the good news later than they would have preferred.

Missed Menstrual Period
This is an early sign of pregnancy that the majority of women are aware of. During most pregnancies, the uterine lining is not shed from the body, thus you will not have a period until sometime after delivery. Fatigue

Breast Tenderness
Are your breasts getting swollen or sore? This is caused by hormones and your body getting prepared to produce milk. It is also possible that your nipples will grow darker and become even more sensitive.
Nausea
Pregnant women usually feel nausea even at the early stage of pregnancy. But all throughout the 9-month pregnancy state, nausea is one of the most common discomforts women experience. Women who do not know yet that they are pregnant can suspect pregnancy when they become nauseated. Some women also tend to eat less to manage the nausea they are experiencing during pregnancy.
More Frequent Urination
Pregnancy triggers the body to process an increased amount of fluid in your bladder and kidneys. This means that you will be making more frequent trips to the bathroom. Furthermore, a growing uterus puts increasing pressure on the bladder. Many women say that this lasts all throughout their pregnancy, while others notice a difference in early pregnancy and then their body regulates itself after a few months.
Dizziness
It is common to experience a sensation of dizziness or faintness when going up a flight of stairs, quickly rising up from a seated position, or when standing upright for an extended period of time. A major cause of this sensation is a drop in blood pressure from your growing uterus compressing the blood vessels in your legs. Another contributing factor is low blood sugar, which can be prevented by eating several small, healthy snacks throughout your day on a fairly regular schedule.
These are some of the most common symptoms of early pregnancy. To confirm these symptoms, however, it helps to use a home pregnancy test and visit a doctor. The sooner you can confirm your pregnancy, the earlier you can receive the care you need for a safe and healthy delivery.
